Agnes A. (Trombley) Lulek

GOSHEN, MA – Agnes Anna (Trombley) Lulek, 87, passed away peacefully
on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Agnes
was born in Rutland, VT. On January 26, 1938, to the late Albert &
Anna (Bowen) Trombley, the youngest of seven children. She attended
schools in Rutland and graduated from Mt. Saint Joseph High school in
1965. She met Chester Lulek, the love of her life, and they were
married on November 23, 1957. They celebrated 65 years of marriage
until Chet’s passing in 2021. Agnes worked for the Williamsburg School
system for 37 years. First, as a lunch lady while her children were
growing up, then later as the school secretary before retiring in
2014. She was very active in all her children’s and grandchildren’s
activities. She never missed a ball game, play or graduation. Agnes
will be dearly missed by her children, Debra Skaling and husband,
Frank. Carl Lulek and his partner Pam Diemand. Her daughter in law,
Martha Arnold. Her cherished grandchildren; Jake Lulek and his wife
Danielle and Eden Lulek. She also leaves her sister-in-law, Dorothy
Lulek and many nieces and nephews in Vermont. Besides her parents,
Agnes was predeceased by her husband, Chet, in 2021, A son, Charles in
2015. Her sister Mary Trombley and five brothers; Thomas, Edward,
Joseph, Richard and Bowen Trombley. We would like to thank the ICU
Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital for the wonderful care and
compassion they showed Agnes. Per Agnes’ wishes, there will be no
services. Donations in her memory may be made to Highland Ambulance,
