Jim Woods, Granby’s longtime head baseball coach, has been named to the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association’s Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

Woods has won more than 300 games throughout his career and has led the Rams to 19 MIAA Tournament appearances.

Woods joins Greater Lowell Tech head coach Dave MacLaughlan, Braintree head coach Billy O’Connell and Taconic head coach Kevin Stannard as members of the Class of 2026.

The 58th MBCA Hall of Fame Induction and Awards ceremony will take place January 24 at the Four Points by Sheraton in Wakefield. The reception will run from 5:30-6:30 p.m., with a banquet to follow.

Woods has led the Granby baseball program since 2004.
