NORTHAMPTON – The potential for snow showers is in the forecast for Saturday night into Sunday as well as Monday and Tuesday next week, according to the National Weather Service extended forecast.
Windy conditions have prompted a statewide advisory about the potential for fires to spread on Thursday, including areas of western Massachusetts.
In addition, rain and possible thunderstorms are expected to move into the area Friday with expected amounts between a quarter and a half inch possible, according to the National Weather Service.
