It was in 1968 that the musical Schrade family of New York began a series of small classical concerts in the Methodist church in Southampton, where they’d bought a small summer home. Cellist Ben Capps, violinist Joanna Genova, pianist Vassily Primakov and violist and conductor Ariel Rudiakov will join forces on Mozart’s Piano Quartet in G Minor, Rachmaninoff’s Sonata for Piano and Cello, and other compositions.
