Chloe Denhart scored twice, while Roxana Clauson had a goal and one assist as the Northampton girls soccer team won its first of the season, 3-0, over Holyoke at home.

Sophia Ciaglo and Lila Hensley each had one assist, and Caroline Riordon made six saves for the shutout.

Taryn Ryan had 11 saves for the Purple Knights.

Belchertown 8, Pathfinder 0 โ€” Alexa Laflamme and Avery Klingensmith each scored two goals in the first quarter as the Orioles cruised at home.

Brooke Samborski, Madysen Lepage, Sarah Sedlack and Maya Sullivan had one goal apiece. Erin Lucas, Olivia Vogel, Alexa Ribeiro, Despina Kofides and Aida Name each had one assist. Mabelle Bessette made three saves in the shutout.

Boys soccer

Gateway Regional 5, St. Maryโ€™s 1 โ€” Preston Coffey made three saves over three quarters and Dominic Zajko added two as the Gators won on the road.

Easthampton 6, Westfield Tech 1 โ€” The Eagles (4-0) scored three third-quarter goals to pull away from a 1-0 halftime lead en route to the road win.

Carter Daughdrill (assist) scored twice, while Anthony Soucy (goal) had three assists. Javier Simms finished with one goal and one assist, while Sam Ferland and Carter Hebert each scored once.

Griffin Foskitt made one save in the victory.

Granby 6, Ware 1 โ€” Colin Murdock, Nolan Sulivan, Johathan Santiago and Max Brown each had a goal and an assist as the Rams rolled on the road.

Liam Brown and Steven Torres also scored, while Tyler Sudsbury had one assist. Patrick French and Daniel Guavin shared time in goal and each made three saves.

Field hockey

Westfield 8, Hampshire Regional 0 โ€” Olivia Labrie finished with 33 saves but the Raiders fell in Westhampton.

Golf

Westfield 163, Hampshire Regional 194 โ€” Levi Zielinski (45) and Desmond Galpin (47) led the Raiders, who fell at Beaver Brook Golf Course. Pryden Messier (50) and Owen Lech (52) rounded out the score.

Westfield Tech 191, Easthampton 195 โ€” Tyler Cortis shot a 42 and Drew Thompson added a 46, but the Eagles fell at Wyckoff Country Club in Holyoke. Connor Perreault (53) and Mikey Thompson (54) contributed for the Eagles (3-2).

Agawam 167, Holyoke 190 โ€” John Lavelle and Jacob Tassinari each had a 46, while Ryan Maloney added a 48 and Tanner Barkyoumb a 50 for the visiting Purple Knights.
