CUMMINGTON — All articles on Friday’s Special Town Meeting warrant passed, after a quorum for the meeting was secured.
The warrant had nine articles, most of which involved transferring sums from free cash. There was also an article on accepting a donation of land for the Bryant Cemetery, and another on transferring a parcel of land to the Conservation Commission.
“Everything passed unanimously,” said Monica Vandoloski, administrative secretary for the Select Board.
Vandoloski did say, however, that they did have to make an effort to secure the 15-person quorum for the meeting, which involved summoning people who live on Main Street.
“We called them on the telephone,” Vandoloski said, “and they came running.”
In the end, the Special Town Meeting had 16 voters in attendance, and Vandoloski described the activity of the meeting as cleaning house.
