Many thanks to Greta Jochem for her recent coverage of the upcoming election. As it is vital to our democracy, we must make voting as accessible as possible. Her articles have helped spread the word, and I am grateful. However, her piece covering the availability of early voting (“Midterm election early voting underway,” Oct. 21) failed to mention that early voting is also available in Holyoke. Early voting has begun and will run through Nov. 2nd. City Clerk Brenna Murphy McGee should be commended for facilitating early voting at Holyoke City Hall, every day 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursdays (and not on Sunday Oct. 28).
