NORTHAMPTON — At least a dozen downtown restaurants are participating in the city’s annual Restaurant Week, which began Monday and lasts through Sunday.
This year each participating restaurant will feature creative menus and pre-fixed meals for $28 and under. The flat per-person fee typically includes an appetizer, entree and dessert. It does not include gratuity.
The event was organized by the Downtown Northampton Association.
Participating restaurants include Bistro Les Gras, Platform Sports Bar, ConVino and old favorites like Fitzwilly’s, Spoleto and Eastside Grill. This week’s special menus are posted online at northamptonrestaurantweek.com.
During Restaurant Week, the Downtown Northampton Association is also sponsoring a “Dine Out Downtown” photography contest in which patrons can upload photos of the meals they enjoy at participating restaurants via social media, using the hashtag #DineOutDowntown.
The contest features a daily chance to win a $50 Northampton Gift Card, honored at more than 60 Northampton shops, restaurants, salons and more.
