Leadoff hitter Kadyrose Newman went 2 for 4 with three RBIs as the Easthampton softball team beat McCann tech, 7-4, on the road Saturday.

Nicole Lewandowski (RBI, two runs) was 3 for 3, while Sydney Slattery (run) was 3 for 4.

Olivia Downer added two hits and an RBI.

Stephanie Therrien struck out five and walked two in the win for the Eagles (4-2, 2-1 Bi-County West).
