The Hampshire Mosque and the Muslim community of western Massachusetts stand in full support of our Jewish community and friends in this moment of great tragedy and shame for our country. Our prayers are with the victims of this act of terrorism in their sacred space. We express our condolences to the grieving families and prayers for the recovery of the injured. The scourge of anti-Semitism, Islamophobia and all other forms of hate must be rooted out from our communities. The government, from the highest level, should lead by example in uniting our country and all those who promote hate-mongering should be voted out. May God unite our hearts and our country and help us to act with justice and love.
