When I read a Gazette article that a free shuttle was resuming from Cooley-Dickinson to Mass General Brigham in Boston I was amazed such a service existed. Having go to Brigham & Women’s for a procedure that I wouldn’t be able to drive myself back from due to medication it came at the perfect time.
It was easy to book by a simple phone call, the drivers were professional and friendly, and the stress-free experience was so — well stress free! When I required an overnight stay I was able to book going in one day and coming back the next. Again, easy-peasy.
So thank you Mass General Brigham that I could leave the driving to you. As an independent senior citizen it was all I could hope for. I urge anyone to use this service. I plan to make a donation despite it being cost free because I am able to and is a way of saying thank you.
