Should we be looking forward to a civil war? During Trump’s meeting with hundreds of military brass, he told them that it was important to quell the “enemy within.” He intends to send the military, including National Guard troops, to a number of cities. He said “San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, they’re very unsafe places and we’re gonna straighten them out one by one.”
“This is going to be a major part for some of the people in this room. That’s a war too, It’s a war from within.” The cities he wants to send them to are all left leaning and none of them have the kind of violent or criminal activity he claims. This is in addition to bringing criminal charges against lots of people that have said and done things that he is opposed to. It suggests that he is looking to go to extremes and bringing the military into this suggests that he is preparing for a civil war.
