The Daily Hampshire Gazette sports department will be unveiling All-Stars that are comprised of Hampshire County athletes for the winter sports, starting with hockey and skiing (alpine and nordic).
Because the Gazette’s coverage area only has a handful of hockey and ski teams, the hockey and skiing All-Stars will be combined into one story. Every other All-Stars story will be of a singular sport.
Regular-season play and postseason performances were taken under consideration when putting together All-Stars.
Each sport will also include several honorable mentions, for athletes that fell just short of All-Star consideration.
