On behalf of the dedicated members of the Playing It Forward campaign for the future of the Iron Horse Music Hall, I want to thank this generous and caring community for the outstanding support that made our capital campaign a success. Because more than 2,000 donations ranging from $5 to $100,000, we blasted through our goal of $800,000 to raise over $900,000!
Thank you to the good people and businesses of Northampton and the Valley who understand that a financially strong Parlor Room Inc., the nonprofit that owns and operates the Iron Horse and the Parlor Room, is vital to downtown Northampton, is vital to the community of musicians who depend on the Iron Horse, and is vital to music lovers who find community at the Iron Horse.
And for those who haven’t been back to the revived Iron Horse since our reopening two years ago, come join us for a show and experience the new bar, great sound system, spiffy first-floor bathrooms, Gratitude Wall and an enormous variety of great music!
