Tim Rego scored twice as the Williston Northampton boys hockey team beat Vermont Academy, 6-3, in Saxtons River, Vermont, Wednesday.
Hunter Sarro, Jack Purcell, Matt Pimental and Cam Mariani each had one goal for the Wildcats.
Kyler Breland earned the win in goal for the Wildcats.
Williston 3, Southfield 0 โ Maddy Cardaci netted two goals and Caroline DiFiore added one as the Wildcats won at Lossone Rink.
Tayah Sommer made 21 saves for the shutout.
Williston 69, Salisbury 55 โ Tyler Thomas led the Wildcats (5-1) with 24 points, while John Kelly added 22 in the road win.
Deerfield 47, Williston 39 โ Sarah Sullivan had 21 points, but the Wildcats fell on the road.
The Williston boys team finished fourth in the Mount Institute Ski League race at Berkshire East.
The Wildcats had 237 points to finish behind Deerfield A (300), Northfield Mount Hermon (296) and Eaglebrook (241).
Gavin Kline was sixth on the giant slalom with a combined time of 86.43 seconds for Williston.
Deerfieldโs Axel Mattsson finished first (81.64).
The Williston girls team finished sixth with 69 points. Northfield Mount Hermon won with 199 followed by Deerfield A (161).

Lily Shields was 14th in 99.69 seconds for Williston.
Chloe Denhart, of Northampton, competed as an independent and finished 12th in 95.78.
Suffield 6, Williston 1 โ Dylan Fulcher-Melendy (Easthampton) won 13-11, 11-8, 14-12 at No. 3 for the host Wildcats, who fell at home.
Williston 31, Eagle Hill 30 โ Eighth-grader Jamie Park (Northampton) earned a pin in the final match as the Wildcats won on a tiebreaker.
William Gunn (Easthampton) and Cam Lawrence also earned pins for Williston.
