Mother Nature dominated Week 1 of the high school football season Friday night.

Storms throughout Hampshire County led to the postponement of several area football games on Friday, with many opening tilts moved to Saturday.

Here’s a look at the schedule and when games will now be played:

Putnam at Amherst (ppd. until Saturday, 10 a.m.)

Wahconah at South Hadley (ppd. until Saturday, 10 a.m.)

Belchertown at Northampton (ppd. until Saturday, 6 p.m.) 

Frontier at Lunenburg (susp. after 1st quarter 0-0, will resume Saturday, 6 p.m.)

Pittsfield 42, Holyoke 8
