I am grateful to the Hampshire Mosque in Hadley for their recent open house (Oct. 26). The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was outstanding, and most of all the program with Sabeel Ahmed from the GainPeace Project was excellent.

It is so important to remember in these times the foundation of Islam and its rich history in the U.S. and abroad. Thank you for opening your doors to all neighbors!
