• Police are investigating a break-in to a Phillips Street residence reported at 4:54 p.m. Sunday. Police said an Xbox game console was stolen, but there were no signs of forced entry.
• Robert W. Auffinger, 36, who provided an address as the Amherst Survival Center, 138 Sunderland Road, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the W.E.B. DuBois Library at the University of Massachusetts on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct, police said.
• Mark W. Mancini, 20, of Methuen, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. Friday on University Drive on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a number plate violation, failure to stop/yield and possession of a fake identification.
