Philip and Cheryl Marrama of Hadley announce the engagement of their son, Michael Marrama of Lancaster, to Ashley Kobbs of Lancaster. Ashley is the daughter of Peter and Anne Kobbs of Townsend.
Ashley works at the Chelmsford Animal Hospital. She is a 2004 graduate of St. Bernard’s High School and received her bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology from Mt. Ida College in 2008.
Michael is a principal engineer for Medtronics in Littleton. He is a 1999 graduate of Hopkins Academy in Hadley and received a bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2003.
A May 7, 2016 wedding is planned.
