Joseph D. Worpek, 25, of 205 Sugar Hill Road in Chesterfield, was arrested at Wal-Mart on charges of shoplifting by concealment under $100.
Worpek allegedly concealed a hunting knife valued at $8.81 in his pants pocket, a two-pack of jars, each valued at 97 cents, a daypack valued at $4 and a cup valued at $1.42. Worpek passed all points of sale and exited the store before he was arrested Saturday at 6:45 p.m.
Alan Fournier, 57, of 57 Highland Ave. in Easthampton, was arrested at Walmart on a charge of shoplifting by concealment under $100 on Saturday at 3:35 p.m.
Fournier allegedly ripped open the packaging of a pair of sunglasses valued at $14.87 and super glue valued at $1.97 and concealed the items on himself.
David J. Knapp, Jr., 44, who is listed as living on the streets of Amherst, was arrested at Cooley Dickinson Hospital on a warrant out of Eastern Hampshire District Court for disorderly conduct Saturday at 10:11 a.m.
David W. Bachand, 24, of 132 High St. in Florence, was arrested outside of the Academy of Music on a warrant out of Greenfield District Court for shoplifting by concealing merchandise Friday at 11:56 a.m.
Charity Marie Roberts, 33, of Westfield, was arrested at the Northampton Police Station on a warrant out of Holyoke District Court for operating with a suspended license and possession of heroin Friday at 10:13 a.m.
