A man collecting donations on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union, and providing information about the organization to passers-by in front of Antonio’s, 31 North Pleasant St., reported at 3:01 p.m. Saturday that he was assaulted when a man who had issues with the ACLU shoved him against the building.
