John G. Woynar, 60, of 91 Justice Drive, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. Thursday on North Prospect Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
Daniel Paul Davenport, 43, of Springfield, and Darbie Lynn Young, 38, who provided an address as the streets of Amherst, were arrested at 5:15 p.m. Thursday outside the Amherst Market, 259 Triangle St., on charges of disorderly conduct and violating the town’s open container bylaw after officers responded to a report that they were fighting.
Police kept the peace between people arguing in front of the CVS Pharmacy, 76 North Pleasant St., at 10:33 a.m. Thursday.
Herman Waden, 54, of Hartford, Connecticut, was arrested on Union Street on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 5 p.m. March 18 after allegedly stealing a bottle of Tanqueray gin from Union Package Store.
Luke A. Dickinson, 37, of Williamsburg, was arrested just before 2 a.m. Friday on a charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol after an officer stopped his vehicle in the 400 block of Sylvester Road. The officer observed Dickinson’s vehicle pulling in and out of driveways before he was stopped, police said.
