EASTHAMPTON – A 15 year-old boy was arrested after he allegedly stabbed a person in the abdomen at Millside Park on Friday afternoon.
After being dispatched to Millside Park at 4:34 p.m. Friday, officers found a male with a stab wound to his abdomen. He was transported to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield with non-life threatening injuries, according to a statement issued by Easthampton Police.
The 15-year-old boy allegedly stabbed the victim “deep into the abdomen area” with a knife after the two had an altercation, according to police.
The boy, who is not named because he is a juvenile, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
