SHUTESBURY – The driver of a car that struck a utility pole on West Pelham Road in Shutesbury Thursday night has yet to be found, according to state police Friday.
Trooper Nicole Morrell of the State Police media relations office said a vehicle hit a utility pole near 315 West Pelham Road around 11:05 p.m., and the vehicle ended up in nearby water.
The driver was not found at the scene, and police don’t believe there were any injuries at this time. Morrell said the incident remains under investigation.
