AMHERST – A section of East Pleasant Street between Clark Hill Road and an entrance to the University Lodge will be milled next week.
Warner Brothers LLC of Sunderland, and its subcontractor Garrity Asphalt Reclaiming Inc. of Bloomfield, Connecticut, will start the milling work at 7 a.m. Wednesday, continuing to 3 p.m.
This work will be complete for the week of April 18, when the first coat of pavement will be put down during the public school vacation.
Two-way traffic will be maintained at all times during the milling, but drivers will likely face periodic delays.
