Kate Sarnacki finished with 10 points to pace the Granby girls lacrosse team in a 16-13 win over Pope Francis on the road Tuesday.

Sarnacki scored six goals and dished out four assists for the Rams (2-0).

Kailyn Croteau and Emily Whitacre added two goals each.

Hailey O’Connor chipped in with a goal and two assists.

Mya Fillion made 10 saves in goal for the Rams.

Girls lacrosse

Northampton 12, EastLongmeadow 11 — Abby Baldwin notched the game-winner and finished with five goals for the Blue Devils (3-0).

Sophie Melcher and Megan McCarthy both provided three goals, while Morgan Moffett scored one.

Bridget Harrington posted seven saves in net for the Blue Devils.

South Hadley 13, Chicopee 4 — Marley Medina led all scorers with six goals, followed by Briana Couture with three.

Taylor Roy also scored two goals, while Kera Murphy and freshman Maddie Mathers both found the net for the Tigers.

Goaltender Hanna Kopec’s strong crease control earned her six saves.

Boys lacrosse

Pope Francis 4, Northampton 3 — Bryce Wall made 14 saves in a road loss for the Blue Devils.

Kyle Luzzi-Dundon, Henry Attias and Matt Huggett scored for Northampton (1-2).

Pope Francis took the lead in the fourth, but the Blue Devils couldn’t find the net to tie the game.

Boys volleyball

Belchertown 3, Putnam 0 — Anthony Hosmer led the way with 14 kills, a block and two aces, as the Orioles (1-2) won 25-21, 25-16 and 25-16 at home.

Andrew Duquette pitched in with 17 assists, two aces and a kill, while Jacob Woodcock provided a pair of digs and aces.
