PELHAM – A Hanover woman who fled a November 20 crash of a U-Haul pickup truck on Route 202 was arrested in Boston Wednesday afternoon, according to Pelham Police.

After receiving a tip at the Pelham police station Wednesday, Jacquelyn Mahoney, 24, was arrested at a Boston apartment complex at 3 p.m. on nine warrants, including Pelham charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of a class B drug, receiving stolen property over $250, receiving stolen property under $250 and receiving stolen credit cards, according to a post from police on its Facebook page.

During the original incident, Mahoney and an unidentified man fled into the woods after the rollover crash near the Shutesbury town line, with drugs and drug paraphernalia left behind in the vehicle, including over an ounce of methamphetamine.

Both Pelham and Shutesbury police, along with a Massachusetts State Police air wing and K-9 units, searched the area the day of the crash but were unable to locate the couple.
