Circus Folk Unite, a collective of circus performers at Hampshire College, hosted a weekend long festival of circus workshops, performances, and games featuring juggling, tumbling, hula hooping, acrobatics and fire spinning.
The festival was organized as part of the Division-III project of fourth year Hampshire College student Joseph Goldin, who is studying how people learn while they play and how playing creates community.
“I’m trying to create a space where people can play together, have fun, learn their skills, practice and learn from each other,” Goldin said.
