The UMass softball team got two more home runs and breezed past Bryant, 8-1, Thursday at Sortino Field.

Jena Cozza and Olivia Godin each went deep for the Minutewomen (21-22), who moved within a game of .500 heading into this weekend’s final series vs. Dayton.

Meg Colleran earned the win, allowing a run, two hits and a walk while striking out two in four innings. Taylor Carbone worked the last three innings to earn the save.

Atlantic 10 Tournament — Fourth-seeded Saint Joseph’s beat fifth-seeded Davidson to set up a game with No. 1-seed UMass, Friday at 3:30 p.m in the semifinals in Pittsburgh.
