Frontier Regional’s Celia Speth trailed Greenfield’s Jenna Silk 5-2 in the second set of their No. 1 singles tennis match Thursday in South Deerfield.

She came all the way back to win 7-6 and 7-5 in the tiebreaker after taking the first set 7-5.

“Tough match to lose,” Frontier coach Steve Barrett said. “You feel bad for the kid losing, but you feel good for your kid coming back like that.”

The Red Hawks won the match 4-1 to remain unbeaten on the season.

Ashley Barrington won the first set 6-3 at No. 3 singles for Frontier (9-0, 4-0 Tri-County North) before her opponent had to retire.
