The Easthampton emergency calls to residents system has gotten out of control. I received an emergency call on May 20 around 11:35 a.m. regarding a missing dog. Really? Are they going to call us for every animal that’s missing?
This service is going too far. I don’t think this service was meant to be used for this purpose.
I thought it was meant for important matters like missing people or people in trouble or weather events. What a waste of time and money for this type of call.
