BENEFIT CONCERT: The Hilltown Family Chorus and the Spirit of the Hills Community Chorus will perform at a fundraising concert at the Williamsburg Grange hall Friday evening.

The spring concert in the hall at 10 Main St. will begin at 7 p.m. and last about 90 minutes.

The Spirit of the Hills Chorus, made up of about 65 people of all ages from throughout the Pioneer Valley, is directed by Penny Schultz, and Chris Haynes accompanies on piano and accordion. The chorus performs music from the world’s community singing traditions.

The Hilltown Family Chorus, which started in March, has 24 singers between the ages of 5 and 13, along with some mothers of these children. Based in Cummington, this group is also directed by Schultz and performs music from American and world folk traditions.

A $7 admission will help support the Grange building.
