Emily, 38, is the daughter of James Sagalyn and Jane Herzenberg of Northampton and Lynne Sagalyn and Gary Hack of New York City.
She is an emergency medicine physician in Reno.
She is a 1996 graduate of Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, a 2000 graduate of Columbia University, New York, and 2006 graduate of UMass Medical School, Worcester.
James, 37, is the son of the late Susan Brown and Greg Brown of Casper, Wyoming.
He is owner and chief marketing officer at SWS Mountain Guides and California Ski Guides, Shasta, California.
He is a 2001 graduate of Texas A&M, College Station, Texas.
A reception was held at The Couloir at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
