We still need a grassroots political revolution in this country. Instead we have the spectacle of Bernie Sanders vowing to fight for every superdelegate to switch their support away from the candidate who won the most votes.
Please stop being a sore loser, Bernie. Locally, we have the spectacle of turnouts so low at the grassroots level that in each of the towns which has had a town election in the past couple weeks, more people voted for Bernie in March than even showed up for the local election.
While vowing to write in Bernie or vote Green in November, while fulminating that “it’s all the media’s fault,” they have already forgotten Bernie’s message that “We must always remember that change never happens from the top down, it happens from the bottom up.”
