HEALTHY EATING โInformational session with Marcus Chiaretto, community outreach coordinator for LifePath, will be held July 12, 1 to 2 p.m., to introduce ย a free evidence-based program being considered for this summer. Topics include nutrition and how lifestyle changes can promote better health. Main components include: goal setting, problem solving, group support, nutrition education, and self assessment and management of dietary patterns.ย
MUSICAL SHOWCASE โ Ladies First quartet will perform July 29 at 2 p.m. This group sings competitively in four-part acapella harmony and performs throughout western New York. They also sing with the Buffalo Gateway Show Chorus, ranked ninth worldwide of over 600 choruses in Sweet Adelines International. You can view their Facebook page at Ladies First Quartet. NAME THAT TUNE โSing-along with Steve is held the first and third Mondays of the month from 11 to 11:45 a.m. in the large activity room.ย
