NORTHAMPTON – Police are seeking information on a hit-and-run accident near the Oxbow last week that left a person seriously injured.
A pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle June 24 in the area of the metal bridge on Old Springfield Road over Hulberts Pond, which connects to the Oxbow. Police estimate the accident occurred between 10:15 and 11:15 p.m., according to a statement.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed or has any information about the accident to contact the Police Department at 581-1100.
