HEALTHY EATING โInformational session with Marcus Chiaretto, community outreach coordinator for LifePath, will be held July 12, 1 to 2 p.m., to introduce ย a free evidence-based program being considered for this summer. Topics include nutrition and how lifestyle changes can promote better health. Main components include: goal setting, problem solving, group support, nutrition education, and diet management.ย
โโMONEY TALKโ โ July 12, 11 a.m. to noon. Ayaz Mahmud leads a meeting for soon-to-retire and retired individuals who want the facts about money matters. Topics include: cash flow planning, low risk investment strategies, income investments (without commissions), long-term health-care issues, estate taxes, gifting strategies and more.
MUSICAL SHOWCASE โ Ladies First quartet will perform July 29 at 2 p.m. This group sings competitively in four-part acapella harmony and performs throughout western New York. You can view their Facebook page at Ladies First Quartet. Free admission and refreshments.ย
NAME THAT TUNE โSing-along with Steve is held the first and third Mondays of the month from 11 to 11:45 a.m. in the large activity room. ย July 11 โ Americana Sing-Along. July 18 โย Jazz Standards.
