Matthew Chandler and Regis Murphy, both of Oxford, were married May 14 in an afternoon ceremony followed by a reception at the Holyoke Canoe Club, Holyoke. The Reverend Peter Kakos officiated.
The groom, 34, is the son of Mary Chandler of Hatfield and Paul Fibkins of Paramus, New Jersey. He is an account manager at Panasonic. He is a 2000 graduate of Smith Academy and 2005 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
The bride, 31, is the daughter of Brigid Glackin and Michael Murphy of Florence. She is a teacher in Millbury Public Schools. She is a 2002 graduate of Northampton High School, and 2006 graduate of Simmons College in Boston.
Siobhan Murphy, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor, and Frank Lyman was the best man.
The bridesmaids were Deidre Murphy, sister of the bride, Meagan Salma and Heather Fibkins, sisters of the groom, and Brigitte Bisaillon.
The groomsmen were Padraig Murphy, brother of the bride, Jeremy Lavallee, John Ponti and Nathan Sullivan.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Greece.
