BELCHERTOWN – An Amherst man declined medical attention Monday after he was hit by the side mirror of a passing truck.
The 52-year-old man,who was not identified by police, was struck on his left elbow about 9:25 a.m. by a truck traveling westbound on Jackson Street where he was walking.
The man told police he would go to a hospital later in the day. No charges were filed.
