AMHERST — A final coat of pavement will be put down Wednesday on a section of North East Street.
Crews from Warner Brothers LLC of Sunderland will be on the portion of the road between Strong Street and Shutesbury Road from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes.
The work will conclude Friday with installation of shoulder loam and seed. Additional driveway restoration work will be done in the coming weeks.
