Jennifer L. Salvador, 37, of Florence, was arrested 2:54 a.m. Sunday after a traffic stop on New South Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and violating marked lanes. An officer observed her sit through an entire traffic light cycle. When she finally began to move, police said she swerved into the oncoming lane, crossing the double-yellow lines. When Salvador was pulled over, she told the officer she had drank a tequila sunrise and one beer, police said.

Emrys Y. Bond, 32, of Leverett, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and also received a lights violation. An officer pulled her over at about 2:09 a.m. Sunday because her plate light was defective, police said.

Colin M. Taft, 22, of Chicopee, was arrested around 1:45 a.m. Sunday on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was also cited for a crosswalk violation.  Police said Taft failed to yield at a crosswalk on Main Street. An officer also located an opened bottle of pineapple-flavored Skyy vodka in the back seat.

Gregory C. McMaster, 38, of Leeds, was arrested around 11:27 p.m. Saturday at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, 30 Locust St., on a warrant for unknown charges out of Hampshire Superior Court. 

William S. Clarke, 35, of Leeds, was arrested around 9:11 p.m. at Bueno y Sano, 134 Main St., on a warrant out of Northampton District Court for a charge of possessing a class A substance. Police originally responded to the restaurant to perform a welfare check after an employee reported that Clarke had been sitting in the restaurant for several hours.
