SUNDERLAND — There’s space in the town office building, and officials are looking to fill it.
Town Administrator Sherry Patch said the town is accepting proposals to lease 1,400 square feet of office space in the Sunderland Town Office Building at 12 School St.
The lease is for five years, and preference will be given to nonprofit organizations or for public purposes that will benefit the community. The town hopes the space will be used “for purposes compatible” with municipal offices.
