The Williston girls cross country team placed seven runners in the top 10 as the Wildcats beat Kent, 26-33, on the road Saturday.

Abigail Touhey (Florence) finished second and was followed by Chloe Prouty (Southampton) in fourth and Annika Johnson (Northampton) in fifth.

Annika vonSchoeler-Ames (Chesterfield) was seventh, Abby Coscia (Holyoke) was eighth, Claire Harrison (Conway) finished ninth and Natalie Aquadro (Northampton) was 10th.

Boys cross country

Williston 19, Kent School 40 โ€” Nick Hill (Northampton) placed first in 17:32 as they Wildcats won on the road Saturday.

Boys soccer

Williston 5, Canterbury 3 โ€” Jake Goodman scored two goals, while Cory Booth and George Lantz each had one for the Wildcats in their opener at home Saturday.

Girls soccer

Miss Porterโ€™s 2, Williston 0 โ€” Fiona Bundy (Easthampton) played well on defense, while Alana Serafina made 10 saves in the home loss Saturday.

Field hockey

St. Markโ€™s 2, Williston 1 โ€” Aidan Bourbonnais scored and Gabby Dicomitis made 13 saves in the road defeat Saturday.
