Wambach to speak at Mount Holyoke

SOUTH HADLEY – Champion soccer player Abby Wambach will speak on women’s leadership at Mount Holyoke College Thursday.

Wambach will begin the talk, “Beyond the win: leadership for life,” at 7:30 p.m. in Chapin Auditorium in Mary E. Woolley Hall. There is limited seating available for the public.

The talk is part of the Weissman Center for Leadership’s series “Imagination,” which aims to inspire the Mount Holyoke Community “to expand its vision and ideas for engaging in the world,” according to a release.

The talk will be preceded by a pep rally open only to members of the college community.
