It’s a sad situation when our legal system can’t come up with an option other than a third trial for Cara Rintala. I wonder how many millions of tax dollars have evaporated in an attempt to get a yes or no decision in her guilt.
So far there have been two hung juries. Any guarantee that there won’t be another?
If she eventually ends up in prison add another few million for her upkeep – more suggestions please!
