Amber L. Bleakney, 36, of 57 Fairfield St., was arrested at 2:03 a.m. Friday on Walnut Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Kenneth L. English, 51, no address available, was arrested at 7 a.m. Tuesday at Converse Hall on a charge of trespassing.
