NEW MINISTER: The First Congregational Church, 102 Middle St., will hold a service of installation for Rev. Christina Williams, the new pastor, at 3 p.m. Sunday.
The service will be immediately followed by a reception in Fellowship Hall.
Williams graduated from Andover Newton Theological School, and has done a chaplaincy program at a local hospital, an internship with a local church, served two churches as their sabbatical pastor, and served her home congregation as their bridge interim minister.
She also worked as a street chaplain and project management consultant with Chaplains All the Way, a program which give spiritual companionship to people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Waltham.
SING-ALONG: The Polish Heritage Committee of Northampton will host a Polish-American sing-along at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Valentine’s Church, 127 King St.
