Anton L. Kolossov, 19, of Westfield, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. Sunday on North Pleasant Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger and being a minor in possession of alcohol following an accident in which the vehicle he was driving hit the rear of a second vehicle, police said.
Brendan J. Gillis, 22, of Duxbury, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. Saturday on East Pleasant Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger and failure to stay within marked lanes following a minor two-car accident, police said.
Daniel Ryan Cutler, 32, of 129 Shays St., was arrested at 1:47 a.m. Saturday on University Drive on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.
A 56-year-old Amherst woman who allegedly punched a tenant as he was returning to his Belchertown Road home will be summoned to court on two counts of assault and battery, police said.
The incident was reported at 11:51 a.m. Friday and the victim, as well as his alleged assailant, were brought to Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton for treatment, police said.
Police said the incident is related to issues between the tenant, who lives with his mother at the home, and the landlord.
