WILLIAMSBURG – Police seized dozens of bags of heroin after a vehicle stop on Goshen Road at approximately 1:45 p.m. on September 24. 

The vehicle was stopped for following too closely. In a subsequent investigation, according a Williamsburg Police Facebook post, 20 full bags and 33 partial bags of heroin were discovered as well as 30 bags of counterfeit substance.

Charges have been filed in Northampton District Court, according to the post.

No further information was available from Williamsburg police.
