NORTHAMPTON – Beginning on Monday, Oct. 31, a section of River Road in Leeds will be shut down through March.
River Road between Sanatorium Road and Fort Hill Road will be closed as E.T.&L. Corp. works to rebuild a retaining wall for the city. Construction is expected to be completed next March, according to Kevin Zabinski, a civil engineer at the Stow company.
